How do I configure my VYDA bracelet?

Download the VYDA app from the store, turn on the bracelet and follow the instructions in the app for the initial setup. It only takes 2 minutes.

How long does the battery last?

The VYDA bracelet has a battery life of 10-15 days on a single charge, depending on the use of its functions. Full recharge in approximately 90 minutes via USB-C.

Is the bracelet water-resistant?

Yes. It is IP68 certified against dust and water. Suitable for showers, pools, and surface water activities.

How does HRV monitoring work?

The optical PPG sensor measures heart rate variability during the day and night. The app provides you with a recovery score and weekly trends.

**Can I use VYDA during sports?**

Yes. VYDA automatically detects sports activities and records heart rate, intensity, and calories. Data can be exported to Strava.

Is a subscription required for the app?

No. The VYDA app is free forever. All AI features, insights and tracking are included.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are shipped within 3–5 business days in Italy (5–8 days in the EU). You will receive an email notification at the time of shipment.

What warranty do you offer?

1-year warranty on all devices and 14-day right of return from receipt.

How do I update the firmware?

Updates are installed automatically when the bracelet is connected to the smartphone and charging.

Is VYDA compatible with iPhone and Android?

Yes. The app is native for iOS 15+ and Android 10+. Synchronization via Bluetooth 5.3.

How can I delete my account?

You can request deletion directly from the app (Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account) or via email to support@vyda.eu. The deletion is irreversible and all data will be removed within 30 days.
