How do I configure my VYDA bracelet?
Download the VYDA app, turn on the bracelet and follow the quick guide. It only takes 5 minutes.
When will I receive my order?
Shipping within 3–5 business days in Italy (5–8 days EU). You will receive an email with tracking information upon shipment.
What warranty do you offer?
1-year warranty on all devices and right of return within 14 days of receipt.
How can I delete my account?
From the app: Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account. Or write to support@vyda.eu.
